MVP says this about the Terra: "As the next disc in the James Conrad Line, the Terra is here to instill confidence, reliability, and control into your fairway driver game. With flight numbers of 8 | 5 | 0 | 3, the Terra provides the most important thing in disc golf every time you throw it: predictability. You can depend on the Terra to shape lines from all angles — with easily ranged hyzer approaches, straight-to-fade flat drives, and flight extending s-curves from anhyzer all possible. In the Terra, James has a reliable companion that can stand up to the challenges of the DGPT. Step onto the teepad with the confidence of a World Champion, pick up a Terra today!"
Flight Metrics
Speed
The velocity required to reach a disc's optimal flight path. Range: 1 to 15.
Glide
The measure of lift generated by a disc to stay aloft. Range: 1 to 7.
Turn
The velocity, relative to the speed of the disc, required to cause the disc to turn with the direction of spin. Range: +1 to -5.
Fade
The low-velocity stability that causes a disc to hook at the end of its flight. Range: 0 to 5.
I actually was given this disc after winning a CTP at my local league. And let me tell you, It's staying in my bag for a long time, I would definitely agree with the flight numbers, pretty overstable, but not too much for even a slower arm like mine. I've never really thrown MVP before, but it seems like the 'Gyro' effect of the disc makes it fade forward. Where other discs of similar style like to dump off at the end of the flight, this one fades left but will continue to move forward. Love this disc!!! Highly recommend!!!!
