We take pride in our ability to process our orders swiftly and reliably. Most orders are processed within one business day. To ensure that you receive the best service possible, we use a variety of shipping providers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated Shipping Time

Our dedicated staff prioritize processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your item when you need it. Most orders are processed within one business day.

1-2 Discs	Shipped in a box via the USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes about 3-5 business days (delays are common). The discs are individually enclosed in Ziploc bags for further protection.
3+ Discs	Typically shipped via FedEx 2 Day or UPS Ground
Items Under 16 oz.	Typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage
Other Items	Shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground

Shipping upgrades, if applicable, will be available during checkout. For expedited shipping, we use the best available 2-3 day service, including FedEx 2 Day, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.

Baskets, bags, and carts are sometimes drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, typically via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. No shipping upgrades are available on these items.

International Shipping

Yes, we offer international shipping to most open countries. We do not offer a free shipping option for orders outside of the United States. Currently, we cannot ship bags, baskets, and carts internationally.

FedEx offers the best and fastest international shipping option—FedEx International Priority. UPS Worldwide Economy, a more economical option, typically takes 2-3 weeks in transit. Buying multiple discs at a time will save you quite a bit of money in shipping costs.
