Shipping Policy

We take pride in our ability to process our orders swiftly and reliably. Most orders are processed within one business day. To ensure that you receive the best service possible, we use a variety of shipping providers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Fees

We offer several shipping methods to best fit your needs.

  • Free shipping: We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $60. Most of these orders arrive within 2-4 business days.
  • Standard shipping: For domestic orders under the free shipping threshold, we offer standard shipping for $4.95. Most of these orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping: We offer expedited shipping on domestic orders for those who want to receive their order within 2-3 business days starting at $6.95. Typically, expedited orders are shipped with UPS or FedEx
  • Live rates: We offer calculated live rates from several UPS and FedEx services, including UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, and FedEx International Connect Plus.

Estimated Shipping Time

Our dedicated staff prioritizes processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your item when you need it. Note that holidays and severe weather can cause shipping delays.

  • We ship most orders the same day.
  • Most orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will be shipped the next business day.
  • Most USPS, FedEx, and upgraded shipping orders are typically shipped on Saturdays if placed before 10:00 AM CT.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we typically use the following shipping services:

1-2 Discs Shipped in a box via the USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes about 3-5 business days (delays are common). The discs are individually enclosed in Ziploc bags for further protection.
3+ Discs Typically shipped via FedEx 2 Day or UPS Ground
Items Under 16 oz. Typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage
Other Items Shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground

Shipping upgrades, if applicable, will be available during checkout. For expedited shipping, we use the best available 2-3 day service, including FedEx 2 Day, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.

Baskets, bags, and carts are sometimes drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, typically via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. No shipping upgrades are available on these items.

International Shipping

Yes, we offer international shipping to most open countries. We do not offer a free shipping option for orders outside of the United States. Currently, we cannot ship bags, baskets, and carts internationally.

UPS offers the best and fastest international shipping option: UPS Worldwide Saver. A more economical option—FedEx International Connect Plus—typically takes 1-2 weeks in transit. Buying multiple discs at a time will save you quite a bit of money in shipping costs.

Please note that the recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my tracking information?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do! However, please note that UPS and FedEx generally cannot deliver to standard PO Boxes. Because larger orders (3+ discs) and oversized items (like bags and baskets) are typically shipped via FedEx or UPS, we recommend providing a physical shipping address if you want a faster delivery than USPS.

What should I do if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?

We want to ensure your order arrives safely. If your tracking is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, or if an item arrives damaged or warped, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
