Team 1010 Discs members are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Represent yourself with kindness and respect
• Maintain a current membership with the PDGA and hold a PDGA rating
• Wear 1010 Discs apparel at tournaments and other disc golf events
• Be actively involved with your local disc golf community
• Promote 1010 Discs on social media
• Actively participate in tournaments (either by playing or hosting)
• Help fellow team members and disc golf promoters at disc golf events
• Exclusively represent 1010 Discs as your only retail sponsor
