Axiom says this about the Hex: "Mesmerizingly straight, the Hex is the newest midrange from Axiom Discs. With flight numbers of 5/5/-1/1, the Hex will find a place in anyone’s bag as a versatile and reliably straight midrange. At the highest arm speeds, the Hex will produce slightly understable lines from flat, but the 1 fade keeps it from flipping over completely. For lower arm speeds, the Hex has enough turn to make shaping lines a breeze. If you are looking for control in the woods, or simply a versatile line shaper, the Hex is the midrange for you."
Flight Metrics
Speed
The velocity required to reach a disc's optimal flight path. Range: 1 to 15.
Glide
The measure of lift generated by a disc to stay aloft. Range: 1 to 7.
Turn
The velocity, relative to the speed of the disc, required to cause the disc to turn with the direction of spin. Range: +1 to -5.
Fade
The low-velocity stability that causes a disc to hook at the end of its flight. Range: 0 to 5.
A buzzz copy in different plastic with a flat top. A disc that can fit in anyone's bag. This one in the neutron plastic is more stable than the numbers indicate. Flys like a buzzz.
Flies like a Buzzz - just farther. It goes dead straight with a gentle fade when thrown flat. On hyzer, it won't flip up until it beats in unless you have a big arm. It will hold an Anny and Fly right, but it has enough stability that you don't need to give it a lot of air to keep it from cut-rolling.
What can I say that hasn't been said about the Hex already? Not much other than it's now better than ever in Proton plastic!! Grab your favorite mid in his phenomenal plastic today!
