Look, let's just get this out of the way. If you are looking for something that is a more workable "firebird" based on the flight numbers, them go ahead and keep looking because the Flare is not a 9/4/0/3.5. It is much closer to 9/3/1/4 or 9/3/0/5. Meaning it's actually a cheaper alternative to the Discmania Splice or the Discraft Captains Raptor.
With that said, it is a remarkable disc. It's overstable to the point where it will basically just ignore any and all headwind. It is a perfect disc for scramble shots. Anhyzer flex shots are a breeze. and it is up there with the best of them as a tomahawk/thumber disc.
And the best part? Only $11.99 (at the time of writing this) for all of the mentioned above in some of the best feeling plastic on the market.
