We've noticed the Armadillo mold to come out slightly puddle topped in most cases.
Lone Star Disc says this about the Armadillo: "Armadillos are characterized by their armored shell and long, sharp claws for digging into the ground
Our newest Putt and Approach disc holds true to its namesake with its blunt nosed rim and thumb-tracked shoulder that allow this disc to fly straight as an arrow with reliable fade to its intended target."

Helpfulness
Purchased as a more firm ...

Purchased as a more firm plastic for forehand approach shots… mainly to replace my berg. I notice this disc flips over more so than the berg does and is more under stable when thrown RHFH, often diving left. If released properly without a lot of power though it will maintain a solid straight line

So happy to see Lone Star Discs on this website! I've been using their molds for months now and can say with certainty that their quality is incredible!
Now for the Armadillo, have you ever wanted a beat-in Berg? this is for you! this disc will fly straight for about 200' and just drop! such an amazing approach disc! you will not be dissappointed
