Discraft says this about the Nuke SS: "NUKE SS gives developing players the means to get the distance of more advanced throwers without needing years of experience. You can get very long turnovers at medium speed, or throw your longest rollers ever at high speed! Give it a rip and see for yourself."

Helpfulness
I have a few scorches, ...

I have a few scorches, qline dd1s and a 169g Z nuke ss. I don't have the arm speed for either of these but the Nuke SS goes farther than any of the others. It's very under stable maybe too much in the mid flight but always fades at the end of flight. If I throw it high flex it will turn and glide and when it hooks up late in the flight it just drops, doesn't flare skip. It's a very useful shot. It also has great glide so if I throw it flat to slight anny it will glide out with a gentel late fade. With a little hyzer it will flip up and ride dead straight. I throw 50ish mph and get my cigarras out to 280'ish and can get 300'+ with the nukess on flex. If I throw it lower flat/anny it will burn out it has to be high for it to ride. I hope they release this in a big Z swirl because this has crazy glide and it seems big Z adds glide.
Super Flippy.

Super Flippy. I love my nuke and can sometimes get the full flex with my form so i thought i would give this a shot to get some extra distance and a full flip. I struggle with flippy discs and this one seems to want to turn over on me. It might be a decent roller for me in the future, but for now i don't reach to it too often. I'd definitely recommend for beginners throwing backhand, but i think there are better options if you're going to throw it forehand. Still a great and beautiful disc. it has a place in my bag.
