Kastaplast Nord
Main Features
Kastaplast says this about the Nord: "The Nord is an overstable midrange with the flight specification of 5 | 4 | 0 | 3. It flies heavy and is not as deep as many comparable discs. The Nord does not only fill an obvious gap in the line-up but also completes the crossing middle line on the flight chart. Nord on the left, Gote in the center, and the Svea on the right. These three discs will give you the confidence to tackle all medium-range shots on the course in all conditions.
The name is no coincidence, either. Nord is a synonym for the Swedish word norr, which translates to north. It represents the northern part of Sweden, Norrland, just as the Svea represents the middle part, Svealand, and the Gote the southern part, Gotaland. The trio also completes our home country."

Phases of Flight
Low-Speed Fade |
---|
As the disc slows and spin decreases, the disc pulls out of turn and begins to hook at the end of flight |
High-Speed Turn |
The aerodynamic profile turns the disc with the direction of spin during the high-speed phase of flight |
Forward Push |
The initial thrust forward during the high-speed phase of flight |
