As a 65yr old regular player who throws 280' max, this is a great fairway driver for the 250-260 range. One thing I love about this disc, is the comfortable release edge inside and the fact that Bravo plastic is consistently less stable than the alpha plastic. So carrying one of each covers a lot of situations. The Alpha is very similar to a HEAT which has long been a favorite, the bravo is less stable and great for downwind throws that need a little turn over
