Helpfulness
Was waiting for release of Juliana Korver glow to pick up for myself and a couple other senior friends. Grabbed the lightest available and we are loving them. Glow plastic is vibrant and retains the Mamba flight pattern
Love the halo star mamba it is one of my favorite drivers now! Also, love the colors I got (purple and white)
A strange disc. I have two of them - a 176 gram champion plastic and a 148 gram Blizzard Rim Gstar plastic. They fly well, the weight in each case gives the corresponding abilities, but the -4 turn is clearly absent, or is found only in the strongest players
To hard for me to handle.
G-Star plastic is amazing and the Mamba is perfect for me as a senior who just started playing less than 4 years ago. The Mamba flies far and true with my arm speed. Oh, and 1010 discs is a outstanding!
I love the disc, bought it as a faster roadrunner and that is exactly what I got.
I bought mine in black though to remind myself that it's a dangerous disc to go wild with so if you want a standard under-stable flight path I would recommend throwing it on a hyzer line and let it straighten itself out or else it very well might flip on you.
I have the Mamba in Gstar. With my arm speed if thrown flat and more than 80% it will turn over on me.
I let my friend who is new to disc golf give it a try, he managed to throw a good 200ft with minimal fade.
I recommend for beginners who want a straight flyer.
Narrower-than-most rim is comfortable in my medium sized hands.
